¹Private 5-Month, 9-Month, 12-Month CD: To earn the stated APY above, you must either have an existing Private Checking² account or open a new one at the time the Private 5-month, 9-month, or 12-month CD is opened. If you do not have a Private Checking account at the time of opening the CD, you may open a standard 5-month CD account at an APY of 3.15%, 9-month CD account at an APY of 2.75%, or 12-month CD account at an APY of 2.50%. Promotional APY is subject to certain terms and conditions. Client must deposit at least $500 to open the account. The minimum balance requirement to earn the stated APY is $500. The APY assumes interest remains on deposit until maturity. In the event of withdrawal before stated maturity, an early withdrawal penalty will be imposed. A withdrawal will reduce earnings. This offer can be revoked by Webster Bank at any time.

²Private Checking: Minimum opening deposit of $25 is required. You can avoid the $30 monthly maintenance fee by keeping $25,000 in checking or $50,000 combined deposit balances, including CD’s, OR $100,000 in investment balances (Please note: it can take 14 days for balances of new or previously unlinked LPL accounts to be included). Private Checking earns interest and is a tiered rate product. The APY on balances between $0.00 and $49,999.99 is 0.01%, balances between $50,000.00 - $99,999.99 is 0.01%, balances between $100,000.00 - $249,999.99 is 0.01%, balances between $250,000.00 - $499,999.99 is 0.01%, balances $500,000.00 or greater is 0.01%.
